Each selected car is presented to the customer with full documentation and a CARFAX or AutoCheck report.
Copart and IAAI auctions are the most important platforms in the USA
Cars are most often purchased at specialised auctions – this is the safest and most popular way to acquire a vehicle from the USA.
At HiCars, we primarily use two platforms: Copart and IAAI.
Copart specialises mainly in accident-damaged, damaged or salvage title vehicles, offering a wide selection of both budget and luxury cars. IAAI (Insurance Auto Auctions) auctions focus on insurance vehicles, often with minor damage or accident-free, which allows us to find cars in excellent technical condition. Our specialists participate in auctions on behalf of our customers, ensuring transparency and security throughout the entire purchasing process.
Guarantee of legality and completeness of formalities
After successfully winning the auction, we proceed to finalise the transaction – we settle all fees, complete invoices and obtain the necessary export documents. Each car is subject to strict legality checks,
and the customer receives a full set of documents needed for customs clearance, registration and further formalities in Poland. Throughout the entire process, the customer remains in contact with a dedicated advisor who informs them about the next steps.

Once the formalities have been completed, the car is transported to the port
and prepared for its journey to Poland. We closely monitor the entire journey of the car – from the moment it is loaded until it arrives at our service centre

We take care of all official and customs matters for you
After unloading the car in the country, we take care of customs clearance, submission of all necessary documents and fees (including customs duty and excise tax). Our experts also help with the translation of documents and obtaining the certificates required to register the car in Poland. The customer receives a complete registration package – ready to legally drive their new car.

At the customer's request, we perform technical inspections, any bodywork and paint repairs, and conversions of lights and meters in accordance with
European standards. We also provide detailing services to restore your vehicle to its perfect appearance. When everything is ready, you can pick up your dream car or order delivery to the address of your choice – ready for registration and driving.
